A particular project, representative of a free and old soul and of a mix of cultures, just like the homeowner. This was a project of ever-evolving ideas, of doubts and worry, that ultimately led to an exceptionally unique and special result, just like the homeowner.

The project comprised of an apartment in central Seville renovated to become a tourist apartment with various spaces distributed dynamically along a central-axis. One, two and even three different tenants can coexist in a spacious living-dining-kitchen common area. A mix of colours, a play of light and textures, thoughtful details, and designed corners maximized to make the guest’s stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
